"When relationships feel overwhelming or the past weighs heavily on your present, it can be hard to know where to start. I support clients in making sense of painful experiences, navigating relationship struggles, and reconnecting with who they are. Together, we take meaningful steps toward healing, clarity, and a life that feels more grounded and intentional."

Life without peace, stability, and connections to meaningful relationships can feel mundane, tough, and even hopeless. At times, relationships can feel overwhelming, hard to understand and difficult to work through. This is especially true when you don’t understand who you really are as a person and what we are longing to have or gain through different things.

Whether you are struggling with constant negative thoughts about yourself or others, flashbacks and memories of the past trauma that are impacting your day-to-day life and ability to connect with others, I can be there to support you and guide you through processing your memories and emotions and to take the additional steps you need. As painful as it may be, processing painful memories, and gaining new perspectives and understanding can add value to your life.

Counselling isn’t just about talking about the past events or finding reasons to the way you are right now. It’s the support that you need to take that one tiny step towards a different direction that will help you change things in life and take your life in the direction you want. It’s about rewiring your brain to the new ways of thinking, viewing the world and acting.
