Meet Brittany

Brittany Halfyard, MSW RSW (she/her)

Life can feel like a Juggling act at times, with work, school, and family responsibilities all competing for attention. You might feel overworked, frustrated with family issues, or anxious about school. If you’re feeling stretched thin and unsure of your next steps, seeking therapy might feel daunting.

I specialize in working with individuals and families, using a strengths-based approach that incorporates elements of narrative and cognitive-behavioural therapy. In our sessions, you’ll have the space to discuss the challenges you’re facing while harnessing your existing strengths as you work towards your goals. With my background in family therapy, I’m equipped to guide families through difficult conversations and explore ways to improve overall functioning and relationships.

My goal is to provide a safe environment where you can discover strategies to find balance and navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence. If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I’m here to support you along the way.
