Bradyn Ko, MSW RSW (he/him/they/them)
You might feel stressed and overwhelmed at school or work. Perhaps, your anxiety is crippling your life. You might be going through transitions in life and experiencing worries and sadness. You might feel lost and alone, and are not sure how to deal with these difficulties. As a therapist, I can help you with emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, and trauma. I work with youth, young adults, and adults of diverse identities including those who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ and/or racialized.
My clinical approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and 2SLGBTQ-affirmative. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and integrate aspects of SFBT, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I am also trained and able to offer EMDR for individuals with trauma and/or specifically seeking it.
I strive to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for all my clients. With this space, mutual efforts, and collaboration, it will be my priority to build that trust between us in order to openly explore your experiences and challenge. When you are ready, please reach out to me, and we will work together to help you move forward with your life!
